Order Cancellation

You may cancel your Order no later than 4 days from placement for convenience, i.e. without assigning any reason(s) for doing so by through a clear unambiguous communication sent on WhatsApp +91 9519501947 and by sending a follow-up e-mail to ishtilife@gmail.com

Returns and Refunds

Ishti deals in personalized products and therefore Goods once sold are non-returnable.  However, in exceptional circumstances, Ishti may accept return provided the following conditions are met:

Goods eligible for return and refund shall meet all of the following criterion:  

The Goods should have been received no earlier than 7 days from the date of return and are in their original packaging and should be unopened and unused.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

Personalized Goods or those manufactured per desired specifications;

Goods that deteriorate with time and by their inherent nature are not returnable;

Goods past their date of expiry.

Goods unsealed upon delivery (for health protection and hygiene reasons);

Goods inseparably mixed or stored with other items leading to contamination of fragrance or other parameters;

Ishti reserves the absolute right at its sole discretion to refuse return of merchandise not meeting the above conditions.  The decision of Ishti in this regard shall be final and binding.
