Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time:


All Orders received are ordinarily processed for shipping within 2 business days.  No orders are shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays.  High volume products are likely to be further delayed by a few days due to possible order backlog.  Shipping delays are beyond our control and you are requested to allow for transit delays for actual delivery. 


Should we anticipate a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

Shipping will be calculated on the basis of weight & area pin code and will range between Rs. 40 - 140/
Orders above Rs. 1500 are eligible for free delivery.

Overnight delivery may be possible for deliveries within Mumbai (subject to payment of additional delivery charges).

Occasional delays in delivery cannot be ruled out.

Shipment confirmation and Order tracking:

A Shipment Confirmation e-mail is ordinarily sent within 24 hours of shipment providing the consignment tracking particulars.

Damages:

Ishti.co does not assume any liability or responsibility for Goods damaged or lost in transit.  The carrier is responsible for delivering the Goods in the condition it was shipped.  Should you receive your order in a damaged condition, you are requested to contact the carrier to lodge a claim.  You are advised to click a photograph of the damaged consignment and save all packing material and damaged goods before lodging your claim with the shipper
